Our history

 

This idea was born from the need in the area and was consolidated to open its doors in October 2022 with a premium hotel with 25 large apartments, for people who seek to have all the comforts of home during their stay, with minimalist and bright apartments. We try to make your experience very special.

Welcome to Paseo Suites Hotel

We have an autonomous arrival, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, bedroom and living room in each apartment. They are very spacious and bright areas, in Scandinavian style, with a minimalist and functional decoration to make your stay comfortable and cosy.

Excellent location

Paseo Suites Hotel is located on Calle Paseo de talleres 16, a residential area in constant renovation with new and modern constructions and a suburban train station a few meters away.

It is an independent property and perfectly located in a quiet area but only 15 minutes from the center of Madrid, both by car and by public transport and direct train line with the Atocha train station in 10 minutes. Bus line 23 will leave you at the door of the Plaza Mayor.

Its location is fantastic for those who love the city but enjoy the calmer areas of the capital.

If you want to go shopping, just 3 km away you will find one of the largest shopping centers in Europe with the main brands Zara, Primark, Apple Store, Alcampo, etc.

Behind our hotel you can find a Mercadona supermarket and on the same block two traditional restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Environment conducive to rest

Getting light in the apartments is one of the main objectives. For this, white and neutral colors in the decoration play a fundamental role, combining it with materials such as wood, we see a fantastic result. Here you can work with all the comforts or enjoy a nice dinner with friends.
